At CORE, we take pride in delivering fresh, high-quality protein beverages. Due to the perishable nature of our products, please review our refund and return policy below.
Returns
For food safety and hygiene reasons, CORE protein drinks cannot be returned once they have been delivered, unless:
- You received the wrong product.
- The product arrived damaged or leaking.
- The product was spoiled upon arrival due to shipping or handling.
- Your order was incomplete or incorrect.
Reporting an Issue
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.
To help us resolve your request quickly, please provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of:
- The product
- The packaging
- The shipping label (if applicable)

Refunds
Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will offer one of the following solutions:
- A replacement product
- Store credit
- A refund to your original payment method
Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
Non-Refundable Situations
We are unable to provide refunds or replacements if:
- The product has been opened or consumed.
- The product was not refrigerated after delivery.
- The issue is reported more than 24 hours after delivery.
- The customer entered an incorrect delivery address.
- Delivery was delayed because the recipient was unavailable.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they have been prepared or dispatched.
Once an order has been prepared or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
